Definitions.

36.152. For the purposes of sections 36.152 to 36.159, the followingterms mean:

(1) "Contribution", as defined in chapter 130, RSMo;

(2) "Employee", any individual holding a position subject to theprovisions of this chapter in an executive agency of the state;

(3) "Partisan political office", any office for which any candidateis nominated or elected as representing a party pursuant to chapter 115,RSMo.
