Sick and annual leaves--regulations to apply to all state agencies.

36.350. The regulations shall provide for the hours of work,holidays, attendance, and leaves of absence in the variousclasses of positions subject to this law. They shall containprovisions for annual leave, sick leave, and special leaves ofabsence, with or without pay, or with reduced pay, and may allowspecial extended leaves for employees disabled through injury orillness arising out of their employment, and the accumulation ofannual leave and sick leave. Such regulations shall apply in allstate agencies.
