Costs of administration, paid how.

36.450. The costs incurred in the administration of this lawshall be paid from the general revenue fund of this state;provided, however, that the director shall, and he is herebyauthorized to, enter into agreements with agencies of the federalor state government which control grants of money to the statefor the administration of state laws enacted pursuant to thefederal Social Security Act or other federal laws or regulationswhereby the actual costs incurred in connection with theexamination, selection, promotion, transfer or discipline ofemployees of divisions of the service charged with theadministration of said laws shall be paid, in whole or in part,from funds granted for the administration of such laws.
