Violation by employee--penalty.

36.460. Any person holding any position of employmentcovered by the provisions of this chapter who shall willfullyviolate any provision hereof shall forfeit his or her position aswell as his or her eligibility rating and for a period of atleast five years from and after the date of such violation shallbe ineligible for appointment to or employment in any positioncovered by this law.
