Recycling of waste, agency to promote, annual report.

37.078. The state agency for surplus property shall reviewits procedures and policies and make necessary changes to promotethe recycling of paper, oil and other materials which mightotherwise be disposed of as waste which result from activities ofstate government. The state agency for surplus property shallassist other state agencies and departments in implementingrecycling programs, shall support federal incentives and policiesdesigned to promote these same goals, and shall prepare andprovide upon request an annual report summarizing its plans andactivities pursuant to this section.
