Data processing unit.

37.110. The commissioner of administration shall establish adata processing unit within the office, and this unit shall makerecommendations and suggestions to all agencies and departments,and to the general assembly. No state data processing equipmentshall be added or disposed of by any state agency by sale, leaseor otherwise without the approval of this unit.
