Records management center.

37.125. The commissioner of administration shall establish a recordsmanagement center within the office which shall maintain equipment capable ofhandling large volumes of data stored on magnetic film or other mechanicalrecord keeping equipment. Access to files or records kept by this unit shallbe governed by a central processing unit capable of handling simultaneousinquiries within nanoseconds.
