Moneys appropriated from fund deemed to satisfy state's propertyinsurance requirements for state buildings.

37.413. Moneys appropriated for the purposes of section 37.410 andthis section shall be deemed as satisfying all provisions contained in anyagreement, contract, or covenant requiring the state to purchase ormaintain property insurance on state-owned or leased buildings and theircontents.
