Court reporters, appointment, when.

40.100. Under such regulations as the governor mayprescribe, the convening authority of a general or specialcourt-martial or court of inquiry shall detail or employqualified court reporters, who shall record the proceedings ofand testimony taken before that court. Under like regulations,the convening authority of a military court may detail or employinterpreters who shall interpret for the court.
