Procedure in military courts.

40.124. The procedure, including modes of proof, in casesbefore military courts and other military tribunals may beprescribed by the governor by regulations, which shall apply theprinciples of law and the rules of evidence generally recognizedin the trial of criminal cases in the courts of this state, butwhich shall not be contrary to or inconsistent with sections40.005 to 40.490.
