Conspirators, deemed to have committed offense, when.

40.255. Any person subject to sections 40.005 to 40.490 whoconspires with any other person to commit an offense undersections 40.005 to 40.490 shall, if one or more of theconspirators does an act to effect the object of the conspiracy,be punished as a court-martial may direct.
