Violence or willfully disobeying command of superior commissionedofficer.

40.290. Any person subject to sections 40.005 to 40.490shall be punished as a court-martial may direct who:

(1) Strikes the person's superior commissioned officer ordraws or lifts up any weapon or offers any violence against thesuperior commissioned officer while the officer is in theexecution of his office; or

(2) Willfully disobeys a lawful command of his superiorcommissioned officer.
