Parole or countersign giving to person not entitled or givingimproperly to entitled person--court-martial.

40.330. Any person subject to sections 40.005 to 40.490 whodiscloses the parole or countersign to any person not entitled toreceive it, or who gives to another who is entitled to receiveand use the parole or countersign a different parole orcountersign from that which, to the person's knowledge, he wasauthorized and required to give, shall be punished as acourt-martial may direct.
