Hazarding vessels of the United States or state, causing to behazarded--court-martial.

40.375. 1. Any person subject to sections 40.005 to 40.490who willfully and wrongfully hazards or suffers to be hazardedany vessel of the armed forces of the United States or of thestate military forces shall be punished as a court-martial maydirect.

2. Any person subject to sections 40.005 to 40.490 whonegligently hazards or suffers to be hazarded any vessel of thearmed forces of the United States or of the state military forcesshall be punished as a court-martial may direct.
