Avoiding work, duty or service--court-martial.

40.387. Any person subject to sections 40.005 to 40.490shall be punished as a court-martial may direct who for thepurpose of avoiding work, duty or service in the state militaryforces:

(1) Feigns illness, physical disablement, mental lapse orderangement; or

(2) Intentionally inflicts self-injury.
