Perjury--giving a false oath or false testimony in a matter of inquiry--court-martial.

40.398. Any person subject to sections 40.005 to 40.490 whoin a judicial proceeding or in a course of justice conductedunder sections 40.005 to 40.495 and section 545.010, RSMo,willfully and corruptly gives, upon a lawful oath or in any formallowed by law to be substituted for an oath, any false testimonymaterial to the issue or matter of inquiry is guilty of perjuryand shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.
