Actions against convening authority or member of court, prohibited,when.

40.465. No person may bring a civil or criminal action orproceeding against the convening authority or a member of amilitary court or officer or person acting under its authority orreviewing its proceedings because of the approval, imposition, orexecution of any sentence or the imposition or collection of afine or penalty, or the execution of any process or mandate of amilitary court.
