Clerical personnel--appointment--compensation.

41.190. The adjutant general may assign such additionalofficers, and employ such clerical, janitorial, messenger,stenographic and technical assistance as may be necessary to theproper conduct of his office. Such officers and employees shallreceive salaries in amounts as fixed by the adjutant general,within the limits of appropriations made for such salaries.
