Missouri military family relief fund created, use of moneys.

41.218. The "Missouri Military Family Relief Fund" is hereby createdin the state treasury and shall consist of all gifts, donations,appropriations, transfers, and bequests to the fund. The adjutant generalshall have the power to make grants from the fund, as specified undersubsection 1 of section 41.216. Notwithstanding the provisions of section33.080, RSMo, to the contrary, moneys in the Missouri military familyrelief fund shall not be transferred to the credit of the general revenuefund at the end of the biennium. Interest and moneys earned on the fundshall be credited to the fund. Moneys in the fund shall be used for thepurpose of funding the provisions of section 41.216.
