Medical board, duties.

41.370. A medical board consisting of three officers may beappointed at any time by the governor to determine the physicalfitness of any officer. The findings and recommendations of theboard shall be transmitted to the governor. If the officer isfound to be physically unfit for service and the finding isapproved by the governor, he shall either be ordered retired fromactive service or his commission shall be terminated.
