Officers and enlisted personnel, compensation and allowancesfor active duty.

41.430. Officers, warrant officers and enlisted personnelof the organized militia on active duty in the service of thestate shall receive as compensation the same pay, longevity andallowances as are or may be provided for members of like gradeand branch of service in the armed forces of the United States.Members of the organized militia serving on active duty shallreceive as a minimum the daily rate equivalent to the grade levelof E5 with maximum longevity and with dependents.
