Refusal to obey orders--penalty.

41.510. It shall be lawful for the commanding officer of anyorganization under the provisions of this military code toarrest, or cause to be arrested, any officer, warrant officer orenlisted person of his command, wherever he may be found, whoshall neglect or refuse to turn out with his command when orderedto do so under the provisions of this military code, and toconfine such officer, warrant officer or enlisted person underguard until such time as he can be tried for such offensesaccording to law. Any member of the militia who shall neglect orrefuse to obey any order lawfully issued as provided herein, orwho shall hinder, interfere with or prevent any officer orpersonnel of his command from performing such duty, or in anymanner by neglect prevent the execution of the law, shall beguilty of a misdemeanor.
