Credit for time in federal service.

41.550. For all purposes under this code, officers, warrantofficers, flight officers and enlisted personnel of the organizedmilitia who entered the active service of the United States intime of war or under an order or a call or draft by thePresident, or who hereafter enter such service under likeconditions, shall be entitled to credit for time so served as ifsuch service had been rendered in the state forces.
