Lease of national guard property authorized, purpose--contents oflease.

41.955. 1. The commissioner of administration is herebyauthorized to lease property owned by the state and under thecontrol of the national guard to organizations or activitieswhich are compatible with the Armed Forces of the United Statesand which support the mission of the Missouri national guard forthe purpose of the construction of a building or buildings at theMissouri national guard training site, Algoa, at no expense tothe state of Missouri. The property to be leased shall befurther described as follows:A section of land 350 acres, more or less, - Platnumbers 1 and 2 as noted in Cole County Plat BookNumber 1, said land specifications being incorporatedherein, and the western half of Plat No. 3 as noted inthe aforementioned page from Cole County Plat BookNumber 1.

2. The lease may provide for a term as long as fifty yearsand may provide for renewal periods. The rental payment shall beas agreed by the parties. The lease shall provide that anyimprovements on the property shall become the property of thestate upon termination of the lease.
