Office of air search and rescue, authorized.

41.960. There is hereby created within the military divisionof the executive department, office of adjutant general, an"Office of Air Search and Rescue". The duly appointed commandingofficer of the Civil Air Patrol, Missouri Wing, shall be exofficio head of the office.
