Services to veterans to be free of charge--violation, penalty.

42.027. The commission, its members, the executive directorand all other commission employees shall not, for themselves,accept, receive or charge any money, article or thing of valuefor the performance of any service rendered to veterans, theirdependents or legal representatives, at any time or in anymanner. Any person who violates this section is guilty of aclass A misdemeanor.
