Missouri veterans' homes--commission to maintain--rules andregulations.

42.100. 1. The commission shall maintain such facilities for the careof veterans who require institutional health care services as shall be fundedby appropriations of the general assembly. Such facilities shall be known as"Missouri Veterans' Homes".

2. The commission shall make all rules and regulations necessary for themanagement and administration of the homes and for the admission and dischargeof residents of the homes. All rules and regulations pertaining to theadmission and discharge of residents shall be consistent with the provisionsof sections 42.002 to 42.135 and section 143.1001, RSMo.
