42.127. Veterans' homes to participate in federal per diem grant program--license issued by commission to operate as veterans' home.
Veterans' homes to participate in federal per diem grantprogram--license issued by commission to operate as veterans'home.
42.127. All Missouri veterans' homes shall participate inthe state veterans' homes per diem grant program administered bythe United States Department of Veterans' Affairs. Upon approvalby the United States Department of Veterans' Affairs toparticipate in the per diem program, the commission shall issue alicense to operate such facility as a Missouri veterans' home.
