Assignment of highway patrol members to division--allocationof costs.

43.320. 1. The superintendent of the Missouri state highway patrolmay assign highway patrol members under the superintendent's command toserve in the governor's security division on a permanent or temporarybasis.

2. All salaries, expenses and other costs relating to the assignmentof Missouri state highway patrol members to the governor's securitydivision shall be paid within the limits of appropriations from generalrevenue, or from such other funding as may be authorized by the generalassembly.
