Personnel, compensation, expenses.

43.370. 1. The superintendent of the Missouri state highwaypatrol may assign highway patrol members under his command toserve in the division of drug and crime control on a permanent ortemporary basis.

2. All salaries, expenses and other costs relating to theassignment of Missouri state highway patrol members to thedivision of drug and crime control shall be paid within thelimits of appropriations from general revenue, or from such otherfunding as may be authorized by the general assembly.
