Responsibilities of other agencies.

43.403. The director of the department of social services,the director of the department of mental health, schooldistricts, and juvenile courts, shall establish appropriateprocedures to ensure that all possible instances of missingchildren are reported to the appropriate law enforcement agencyor the highway patrol as required by sections 43.400 to 43.409.
