43.406. 1. Upon receipt of a report of a missing child, thepatrol may notify the state registrar of vital statistics of thedisappearance and may provide the registrar with informationconcerning the identity of the missing child.
2. If the patrol has reason to believe that a missing childhas been enrolled in a specific Missouri elementary or secondaryschool, the patrol shall notify the last such known school of thedisappearance.
3. The patrol shall by rule determine the manner and form ofnotices and information required by sections 43.406 to 43.409.
