Highway patrol to include incidents of domestic violence in crimeindex.

43.545. The state highway patrol shall include in its voluntary systemof reporting for compilation in the "Missouri Crime Index" all reportedincidents of domestic violence, whether or not an arrest is made. Allincidents shall be reported on forms provided by the highway patrol and in amanner prescribed by the patrol. For purposes of this section only, "domesticviolence" shall be defined as any dispute arising between spouses, formerspouses, persons related by blood or marriage, individuals who are presentlyresiding together or have resided together in the past and persons who have achild in common regardless of whether they have been married or have residedtogether at any time.
