46.051. Beginning at a point on the former western boundaryof this state, where the same is intersected by the subdivisionalline between sections twenty-one and twenty-eight, in townshipfifty-eight, range thirty-three, west; thence north with saidformer boundary line of the state to the township line betweentownships sixty-one and sixty-two; thence west with said townshipline to the middle of the main channel of Nodaway River; thencedown said river, in the middle of the main channel thereof, tothe southern crossing of said river of the range line betweenranges thirty-six and thirty-seven; thence south with said rangeline to the middle of the main channel of the Missouri River;thence down said river, in the middle of the main channelthereof, to a point where the prolongation west of thesubdivisional line running east and west between sectionsnineteen and thirty of township fifty-eight would intersect thesame; thence east with said subdivisional line to the place ofbeginning.
