46.075. Beginning at the southwest corner of sectionthirty-two, in township forty-three, in range fourteen; thence ina direct line to the Missouri River, to a point where thesubdivisional line between fractional sections twelve andthirteen, township forty-six, range fourteen, intersects therange line between ranges thirteen and fourteen; thence in adirect line to the nearest point in the middle of the mainchannel of the Missouri River; thence down the middle of the mainchannel thereof to a point where the middle of the main channelof the Osage River intersects the same; thence up the middle ofthe main channel of the Osage River to the mouth of Profit'sCreek; thence up said creek to the range line between rangeseleven and twelve; thence south with the said line to thesoutheast corner of township forty-two of range twelve; thencewest with the township line between townships forty-one andforty-two to the middle of the main channel of the Osage River;thence up the same, in the middle of the main channel thereof, toa point where the township line between townships forty-one andforty-two crosses the same a second time; thence west with saidline to the southwest corner of township forty-two, in rangethirteen; thence north to the northwest corner of said township;thence west with the township line between townships forty-twoand forty-three to the place of beginning.
