46.091. Beginning at the northwest corner of sectionthirty-one of township forty-four, range twenty-eight, west;thence south with the range line between ranges twenty-eight andtwenty-nine to the southwest corner of township forty, rangetwenty-eight; thence east with the township line betweentownships thirty-nine and forty till it strikes the Osage River;thence with the same river till it reaches the range line betweenranges twenty-three and twenty-four, and thence north with saidrange line to the northeast corner of section thirty-six,township forty-four, range twenty-four; thence west with thesubdivisional line to the place of beginning.
