46.097. Beginning in the middle of the main channel of theMissouri River, at a point where the western boundary line of thestate intersects the same; thence south to the line betweentownships forty-six and forty-seven; thence east with the saidtownship line to the southeast corner of section thirty-three oftownship forty-seven, range twenty-nine, west; thence north withthe subdivisional lines to the middle of the main channel of theMissouri River; thence up said river, in the middle of the mainchannel thereof, to the place of beginning.
