46.117. Beginning at a point in the middle of the mainchannel of the Missouri River, where the prolongation north ofthe range line between ranges fourteen and fifteen wouldintersect the same; thence in a direct line to the southwestcorner of township forty-six, range fifteen; thence south to thenortheast corner of section twelve, township forty-five, rangesixteen; thence west with the subdivisional lines to thenorthwest corner of section seven, township forty-five, rangeseventeen; thence south with the range line between rangesseventeen and eighteen to the northwest corner of section seven,township forty-four, range seventeen; thence in a direct line tothe southeast corner of township forty-three, range sixteen;thence east with the township line between townships forty-twoand forty-three to the southeast corner of section thirty-one,township forty-three, range fourteen; thence in a direct line toa point on the Missouri River where the line between fractionalsections twelve and thirteen in township forty-six, rangefourteen, intersects the range line between ranges thirteen andfourteen; thence in a direct line to the nearest point in themiddle of the main channel of the Missouri River; thence up thesame in the middle of the main channel thereof, to the place ofbeginning.
