Order to change name--duty of secretary of state--duty of courts.

71.070. If said change of name is made, said corporateauthorities shall cause a copy of the order making such change tobe filed in the office of the secretary of state, who shallthereupon make known the facts of such change by publication insome newspaper of the county in which such city, town or villageis situated, and also in some newspaper in the city of St. Louis;and all the courts of this state shall take judicial notice ofthe change there made.
