Section 71.270 not applicable to state or county road.

71.280. The provisions of section 71.270 shall not apply toany state or county road established and opened prior to thefiling of the plat of a subdivision; but such road, when markedon the plat, may be vacated by the county commission when itshall no longer be used and maintained as a state or county road,and the same, when vacated, shall vest in the person who may havethe legal title thereof.
