Water supply--authorization to regulate and license.

71.700. All cities in this state have power and authority toregulate and license and to levy and collect license tax on allsprings, wells or other sources of water supply from which wateris sold to the public or offered or shipped for sale, and toinspect the same and analyze such waters.
