Rights of property retained.

72.120. All rights and property of every kind anddescription, which were vested in any city under its formerorganization, shall be deemed and held to be vested in such cityupon its becoming reorganized as provided in sections 72.090 to72.110, but no rights or liabilities, either in favor of oragainst such city, existing at the time of so becomingreorganized, and no suit or prosecution of any kind shall beaffected by such change, but the same shall stand and progress asif no change had been made.
