Absorption of municipalities authorized (certain third classcounties).

72.300. Any two or more municipalities which are adjoiningor contiguous to each other on two or more sides and which arelocated in a county of the third class having a population of notless than twenty-five thousand nor more than thirty thousand mayprovide for the absorption of the corporate existence and theterritorial limits of one or more of the municipalities byanother such municipality in the manner provided in sections72.300 to 72.350.
