Notice of approval of absorption, who to send and receive.

72.345. Upon the approval of the question of absorption bythe voters in each of the municipalities involved, the governingbody of the municipality which is absorbing the othermunicipalities shall send notice containing the results of theelection and a copy of the resolutions of absorption to the clerkof the county in which the municipalities involved are locatedand to the secretary of state.
