Form of ballot.

78.120. Upon the said ballot the names of the candidates formayor, arranged in the order of filing shall first be placed,with a square at the left of each name, and immediately below,the words, "vote for one". Following these names, likewisearranged in the order of filing, shall appear the names of thecandidates for councilmen, with a square at the left of eachname, and below the names of such candidates shall appear thewords, "vote for four", or "vote for three", or "vote for two",as the case may be. The ballot shall be in substantially thefollowing form:

FOR MAYOR AND COUNCILMEN

OF ...... CITY AT THE

PRIMARY ELECTION, ........

FOR MAYOR

(Names of candidates)

(Vote for one)

FOR COUNCILMEN

(Names of candidates)
