Election--form of ballot.

78.280. 1. Nominations hereunder shall be made without theintervention of a primary election by filing with the clerk astatement of candidacy accompanied by a petition signed by votersof the city, equal in number to at least ten percent of theentire vote for all candidates for the office of mayor at thelast preceding municipal election.

2. The question shall be submitted in substantially thefollowing form:

Election for the balance or the unexpired term of ........

as ........ for ........

Vote for one only.

Names of candidates.
