Meetings of the council--salary determined by city council.

78.590. Regular meetings of the council shall be held at least onceevery month and special meetings may be called by the mayor at the mayor'sown instance or upon written application of two members of the council.Each council member shall receive a salary as determined by ordinance ofthe council, payable quarterly.
