Compensation of certain board and commission members, how fixed.

79.365. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary,in all cities of the fourth class, the board of alderpersons shall have theauthority to fix the compensation, not to exceed two hundred dollars permonth, of members of the planning and zoning commission, the board ofadjustment, the park board and the board of police commissioners of thecity by ordinance.
