Elected or appointed officials, no financial interest in authorityoperations (certain municipalities).

79.565. No elected or appointed official or employee ofthe municipality or authority, and no spouse or dependent childof any official or employee shall have any financial orpecuniary interest whatsoever in any land, land developmentwhich is a part of a redevelopment project of the authority orany of the authority's operations including the issuance ofbonds or other indebtedness.
