Trustee in disincorporation--bond.

80.620. The trustee, before entering upon the discharge ofhis duties, shall take and subscribe an oath before some judge orassociate circuit judge that he will faithfully discharge theduties of his office; and shall, moreover, give bond, withsufficient security, to be approved of by the court, to the useof such disincorporated town or village, conditioned for thefaithful discharge of the duties of his office.
